| Characteristics |
Our MHI (indirect) and MHD (direct) series of coal hot-air furnaces are a kind of special industrial furnace that burn coal, take air as heat carrier, with recirculating blower forced circulation to transport heat to the heat using equipments. This hot blast stove adopts advanced technology at home and abroad, especially recycle smoke and air neutralization method to keep smoke & air in heat exchanging section ≤800℃, gets over the trend of damage of the old type stoves radiation heating surface and prolongs service life. With advanced automation methods to output constant temperature hot air.
MHI series hot-air furnace adopt indirect air heating method, which divides smoke and air into their own conduit, no pollution in heating process. So it can meet requirement of some applications that need cleaning hot air, fireproofing and flameproof equipments. |

1. Fuel consumption is calculated according standard coal heat value (Qdw ≈5000kcal/kg), and the actual fuel valve is calculated according its relative heat value. 2. The fuel consumption is calculated under operating condition of full load. 3. MHI10～MHI60 (or MHD10～MHD60) coal hot blast stoves can be hand grate. 4. MHI40～MHI250 (or MHD40MHD250) can be chain grate. |
