Oil-fired hot-air furnace

Our HI (indirect) and HD (direct) series of oil-fired hot-air furnace are a kind of special industrial furnace that adopt light diesel fuel or heave diesel fuel, take air as heat carrier, with recirculating blower forced circulation to transport heat to the heat using equipments.
HI series hot-air furnace adopt indirect air heating method, which divides smoke and air into their own conduit, no pollution in heating process. So it can meet requirement of some applications that need cleaning hot air, fireproofing and flameproof equipments.
The insert hot air recirculating blower integrates the heat exchanger of the hot-air furnace, which can save space, reduce noise and heat loss, and make convenience of maintenance.
Mount imported burner that is in high automatization, reliability and accurate temperature controlling. It can output hot air by only one heat exchanging, so the heat efficiency is high. It can remedy shortage of steam boilers and organic heat carrier furnace that caused low thermal efficiency because second heat exchanging.
Low operation cost. To compare with electrical heating drying method, the cost is only 1/3 of it. So you can rebuild the electrical heating drying system, the investment of rebuilding can be taken back in half a year to a year.
High temperature of hot air. The Max. output temperature can reach 350℃. Neither organic heat carrier furnace nor steam boilers cannot reach this high temperature.
Low initial cost. It can be installed or spanned on the top, bottom or a side of the heat consuming equipments, a furnace room is not necessary. So under same heat output, its initial cost is only half of the initial cost of organic heat carrier furnace or steam boilers.
